TechEx exhibited at DALO Industry Days 2026, the annual defence industry event of the Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation, held on 19–20 August at MCH Messecenter Herning. This year’s edition was the largest to date, gathering 1,244 exhibiting companies from 28 nations and more than 21,000 visitors in its first year at the new Herning venue.
Denmark is one of Ukraine’s most consistent security partners and the originator of the “Danish model” of financing procurement directly from Ukrainian manufacturers. DALO Industry Days brought TechEx into direct dialogue with Danish and Nordic armed forces, procurement officials and prime contractors on how battle-tested Ukrainian unmanned systems can be integrated into allied inventories and co-produced with European partners.
The Ukrainian presence in Herning drew the attention of the Danish defence press. In its report from the show, headlined “In Herning, Danish Defence Met Ukrainian Reality: Drones Have Turned the Rules of War Upside Down”, A4 Beredskab og Forsvar featured TechEx among the Ukrainian companies bringing frontline experience to a European audience. “We see Europe as our partner. Just as you have supported us, we can help you with the knowledge we have built,” a member of the TechEx team told the outlet, describing an innovation cycle in which “we develop countermeasures to Russian technology, and within months it is outdated” — the same pace that shaped every product on the TechEx stand.
Having delivered more than 50,000 drones to the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2025 and been the first in Ukraine to codify fiber-optic drones to NATO standards, TechEx sees the Nordic region as a natural next step for scaling its operational experience into long-term industrial partnerships.
